Endangered Species Day is May 17th, 2019! This annual day of action and celebration of conservation success is held on the third Friday in May every year. We started this day in 2006 with a unanimous resolution from the U.S. Senate and it has grown to be a global event in the ensuing 14 years! Taking a day to both look back and recognize and celebrate the many successes we have had and to work together to achieve even more success is an important way to protect endangered species.

Please help spread the word and make Endangered Species Day a part of your life by sending a friend or family member a free Endangered Species Day e-card to celebrate conservation success!
